- Open their member profile → Block. You won’t see each other in the directory and can’t start new swaps.
- Use Report on a profile, a forum post, or a gallery photo. Hosts get a link to the item.
- Richard or Megan close the report with a private host note so the other host can see what happened.
- Manage blocks anytime under Block list / safety settings.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first — then tell the hosts.
