House rules
A short list so everyone stays comfortable sharing real mailing addresses, chatting, and posting art. Breaking the law is never “just a house rule” — see Legal & safety for what we ban and how we respond.
- Be kindTreat every member like a neighbor you've just met. No spam, harassment, or unsolicited junk — in mail, forum, or messages about swaps.
- Be a kind buddy if you opt inFirst-swap buddies walk a new member through one swap. Asking does not unlock an address. If you accept, follow through or say so promptly.
- Finish a circle you joinSwap circles are group rounds. Leave before it starts if you can't mail; once it starts, send what you promised to your assigned person.
- Ship what you promiseIf you accept a swap request, send it. If plans change, update the swap status and say so promptly.
- Respect privacyMembers choose who can see their full street address. Never share someone else's address outside this community. Printable labels are for your envelopes only. Private notes stay private. You can block or report a member from their profile — reports go only to Richard & Megan.
- No stalking or illegal mailDo not use this site or anyone's address to stalk, intimidate, or send illegal content. Mystery Mail surprises must still be legal and wholesome. Violators will be banned, and serious cases will be reported to the authorities. Full details: Legal & safety.
- Keep it wholesomeThis is a friendly sticker and penpal space — forum posts and gallery uploads should be appropriate for a mixed-age community. No NSFW, hate, or illegal content.
- Dating is 18+ and opt-inThe Dating section is a separate adult space. Members under 18 cannot view or appear there. Dating listings show city only; saying hello does not unlock a street address. Do not use Dating to contact anyone under 18.
- Upload your own artOnly upload pictures and digital art you made or have permission to share. Don't post other people's work as your own. Artists corner shop listings are 18+; buyers pay the artist, not the site.
- Update your profileMoved? Toggle off “open for swaps” or edit your address so mail doesn't go to the wrong place.
