Use Sign in with the email you registered, tap Sign in with passkey (Face ID / Windows Hello), or choose Email me a sign-in link if you’d rather skip typing a password. If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the login page or email the hosts.
Passkeys
- Add one on My profile → Account after you sign in
- Works with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a phone prompt
- A passkey already proves it’s you, so we don’t also ask for the authenticator app
- You can save a few devices and remove one anytime
Sign-in link
- We email a link that expires in 20 minutes
- Open the email, then tap Sign in on the page — that extra tap stops mail apps from signing you in by accident
- If you turned on two-step verification, you’ll still enter your authenticator code
- Check spam if it doesn’t arrive; hosts can also find data/latest-magic-link.txt on the server
Common fixes
- Check spam for verification, sign-in, or reset mail
- Confirm you’re using the same email as signup (typos happen)
- Soft-suspended accounts cannot log in — contact hosts if you think that’s a mistake
- To change your account email, update it on My profile or ask an admin if you’re locked out
