Mail-by (More menu, or Mail day) is a signed-in packing calendar — the sender-side twin of Waiting. It lists envelopes you have not marked mailed: overdue I’ll mail by dates first, then dated, then swaps that still need a date. Circles sit in their own list (a round has no mail-by). Print this mail-by calendar for a fridge sheet with packed / dropped / I mailed it ticks. City and country only, never a street.
A typical mail-by sitting
- On My profile, pick How soon I usually mail so Accept can default a date.
- Open Mail-by. Save I’ll mail by on anything still blank, or pack the overdue ones first.
- Print this mail-by calendar if you want ticks on paper.
- Pack on Mail day, drop it, then mark I mailed it. Expect-around is the mailbox guess after that.
- If you slipped, save a new date and say so on the swap thread. Don’t ghost.
Don’t show up at a penpal’s house. Mail-by is a packing promise, not expect-around and not a tracking page. Circles use the round start, not I’ll mail by.
