My penpals is your address book. It lists finished swap and circle partners, anyone you currently have an open swap with, and members you’ve left a private note about. Each card shows last mailed. Street and email only show when their privacy settings allow it — usually after an accepted swap.
- Open More → Penpals (or tap Penpals from your home quick links).
- Copy or print a label when the address is unlocked.
- Keep a private note: what you mailed, themes, reminders. Only you see it.
- Ready to write lists partners you haven’t mailed in 30+ days with no open swap. The page says Do this next.
- Request again from the same card — the old thread stays so thank-yous aren’t lost. Print the kit after they accept.
- Take a writing break when you’re done mailing someone without blocking them. They get a kind note. Request again resumes.
