How swap circles work

Monthly rounds: join, get one person to mail, keep the kindness moving.

A circle is a group round, not a 1:1 request. Hosts open a circle (Happy Mail, stickers, or Mystery). Members join while it’s open. When the round starts, everyone is assigned one person to mail — the next name in the ring. Rings are 13–17 or 18+ (the first non-host who joins sets the band; hosts can join either). Mixed-age rings cannot start.

  1. Join an open circle from Circles that matches your age group (need 3+ people before hosts can start).
  2. When it starts, the card says Do this next — print the envelope kit for the person you mail.
  3. Joining shares your mailing address with your send-to and the person mailing you, for that round.
  4. Pack legal wholesome mail, skip what they avoid, mark “I mailed it,” then “I received it” when yours lands.
  5. When everyone has mailed and received, the round closes.
You can leave before the round starts. After it starts, finish your envelope — that’s the deal.
