- Forum — start or reply in threads; posting watches the thread so you get alerts on new replies
- Watch this room — follow a whole board (Introductions, Swap talk, a country room) for new threads
- Quote — tap Quote under a post to drop their words into your reply box
- My forum — watched rooms, watched threads (with a New badge), and threads you started
- Around the world — country/region rooms for postage and local swap chat
- Watch — follow a thread without posting (tips, Q&A, Happy Mail ideas)
- Gallery — search by title/uploader, share wholesome photos of mail hauls (no private addresses in images). Mark haul photos so they show under Mail hauls. Phone photos up to 8 MB are shrunk automatically.
- Hosts can feature a gallery photo as a host pick on the gallery and home page
- Artists corner is for original sketches — follow artists for new-post alerts; adults 18+ can add a shop link and tap I’d like this; hosts never take payment
- The person who started a thread (or staff) can Mark solved when the question is answered — solved threads drop below open ones
- Bump a quiet thread (once every 3 days) so it comes back to the top without posting “bump”
- Staff can pin important threads, lock finished ones, and delete posts that break rules
- Anyone can Report a post or gallery photo — hosts get a link to the exact item
- Hosts also have a Community desk under Admin for recent threads, gallery, and kudos
Never post someone’s full street address, private messages, or anything illegal. Crop or blur addresses on envelope photos.
